Something old, something new, something borrowed, something blue.
I’ll just let you in on a little secret. I was having a very difficult time with the “something blue” part. I had nothing. My mom came up with the idea of having a handkerchief monogrammed.
I found this terrific vendor on etsy.com. Don’t you just love that website? I love the fact that I can support some small businesses and stay-at-home moms by buying from there.
Anyway…back to what I was saying.

This is what I found in the mail about a week ago. I think it looks terrific! Now I have my something blue!
It's an heirloom piece for sure. Maybe other girls in your family (i.e. your theoretical daughter) could use it on their (her) wedding day and have their (her) intials added to it. That would be sweet.
